Myself and Dee were direct competitors in the late 1980s. When an opportunity came up for us to work together in 2012, I knew it was the right move to make as we share the same values. I have enjoyed helping to develop and grow the business over the last 12 years and helping Quealy & Co become The Number 1 agent and the first choice for homemovers in Sittingbourne and surrounds.
Having worked in Corporate Estate Agency for the majority of my 37 years in Estate Agency, it has been refreshing working more closely with the public and it is most satisfying receiving positive feedback from grateful customers that have bought or sold through us. In an increasingly competitive industry , I never lose sight of the fact that customers have a choice so it is crucial that I continue to look at ways that myself and our Sales Team can provide exceptional customer service.
When I am away from work, I love to be on the golf course (usually at Chestfield Golf Club), I still play a bit of tennis & squash and enjoy watching most sports (in particular football) and spending time with family and friends down on the coast in my home town of Whitstable.
