The excellent news for those intending to sell a property in Kent is that spring is the prime season for prospective buyers.

As spring arrives, a wave of renewal brings blooming flowers, longer days, and a fresh burst of energy that influences the property market.

February and March emerge as the prime months for listing a home. Since 2012, two thirds of homes listed for sale in February and March have successfully completed a sale, the highest rate for any month.

February and January have the quickest average time to find a buyer at 51 days, with March and April trailing closely behind at 52 days.

So far this year, the number of potential buyers reaching out to agents regarding homes for sale has increased by 8% compared to last year, while the number of sales has risen by 15%.
