RENT COLLECTION SERVICE – An administration charge of £300.00 plus commission calculated at 10% of the monthly rent throughout the duration of the Tenancy

MANAGEMENT SERVICE – An administration charge of £300.00 plus commission calculated at 12% of the monthly rent throughout the duration of the Tenancy

FULL MANAGEMENT SERVICE – An administration charge of £300.00 plus commission calculated at 15% of the monthly rent throughout the duration of the Tenancy

RENTAL VALUATIONS FOR MORTGAGE PURPOSES - £120.00

RIGHTMOVE PREMIUM DISPLAY - £125.00

VISIT TO PROPERTY NOT RELATED TO MARKETING - £48.00

ADDITIONAL ROUTINE VISIT CHARGE - £72.00

CUTTING OF KEYS ADMINISTRATION CHARGE (plus the cost of the keys) - £24.00

POST REDIRECTION (per package) - £24.00
