The Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award is a stamp of approval when it comes to delivering excellent customer service. It shows that we’re putting customer service at the heart of what we do and is a recognition of our continued dedication to our customers. At a time when consumers are cautious with their spending to remain resilient to economic uncertainty, that’s a significant win.
To win this award, we had to collect at least 50 reviews between 1 January 2023 and 31 December 2023 and achieve a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5 - for three consecutive years – which we’ve done!
