Quealy & Co Receive Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award For The Fourth Year In A Row!

The whole team at Quealy & Co are so excited to share this news with you – we've won a Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for our customer service in 2024!  

The Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award is a stamp of approval when it comes to delivering excellent customer service. It shows that we’re putting customer service at the heart of what we do and is a recognition of our continued dedication to our customers. At a time when consumers are cautious with their spending to remain resilient to economic uncertainty, that’s a significant win.  

To win this award, we had to collect at least 50 reviews between 1 January 2023 and 31 December 2023 and achieve a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5 - for three consecutive years – which we’ve done! 

We couldn’t have done it without you, our customers, so we’d like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for sharing your feedback and ratings with Feefo. We’re always listening to what you have to say and utilise your voices across our business.
